Jinyu Laboratory tube furnaces and hinged split tube furnaces are available. They can be mounted horizontally or vertically and operate in three temperature ranges: from 1010°C to 1800 C. There are a variety of tube furnaces that have different applications or options to each depending on the industrial or laboratory environment it will be used in.
1. Maximum temperatures of 1200°C
2. Accepts a worktube of 90mm outside diameter
3. Heated lengths of 300 or 600mm
4. These models utilise molybdenum Disilicide heating elements, arranged vertically around a separate ceramic worktube to ensure excellent thermal uniformity

6. Can be adapted to allow a non-oxidising atmosphere or vacuum, by fitting a longer length worktube and end seals
7. Applications in General Industry include sintering alumina, smelt trials and checking Al2O3 content in alumina
